Protecting Your Tax Dollars
Hilary is committed to maintaining Washington Township’s strong financial position by ensuring that every dollar is used responsibly and transparently. She understands that residents expect their local government to be a good steward of public funds. As Trustee, Hilary will prioritize efficiency, accountability, and open communication around how taxpayer resources are allocated.
Building a Diverse Fire & EMS Team
Hilary will support efforts to recruit and retain highly qualified Fire and EMS professionals who reflect the diversity of the community they serve. She believes a team that brings different backgrounds and perspectives to the table is stronger, more responsive, and more connected to the people it protects. As Trustee, Hilary will advocate for inclusive hiring practices, professional development, and leadership opportunities that strengthen the department’s long-term success.
Investing in Public Safety
Hilary will ensure that Washington Township’s Fire and EMS personnel have the tools, training, and support they need to keep residents safe. This means investing in updated equipment, ongoing education, and strong code enforcement. Hilary recognizes that effective public safety is proactive, not just reactive, and will work to ensure the Township remains a model of preparedness and professionalism.
Partnering for Smart Growth
Hilary will advocate for continued collaboration with the City of Dublin and neighboring communities to ensure that growth is managed thoughtfully and sustainably. She believes that strategic partnerships are essential to protecting the Township’s character while adapting to changing needs. As Trustee, Hilary will support development that balances progress with preservation.
